Success, Creativity, & Identity
Catalina Sofia Dansberger Duque has a passion for global communities that translates into her interviews with artists, entrepreneurs, researchers, and families. She is interested in storytelling about how success, creativity, and identity manifest in thriving communities across cultures, languages, and physical boundaries.
In 2011, Catalina launched Policarpa Media Studios to produce media that gives voice and space to thriving underrepresented communities worldwide, especially communities of color and LGBTQIA2+ families. Catalina is privileged to belong and collaborate with members of these communities, along with editors and photographers, to create compelling images, social media, text, audio, and video that celebrate unique moments in history, explain the present moment, and visualize a hopeful future.
She is proud to belong to a ginormous, loud, beautiful, and successful Colombian-Egyptian-Argentinian-Puerto-Rican-U.S.-Filipino FAMILIA.
